Sponsorship & Donation terms & conditions

  • VIP tickets will allow you entry into the upper balcony of the Granada Theatre on the day of the festival along side film makers. Wait staff will be available so you don't have to miss a moment of the shorts on the big screen. 
     

  • Product exclusivity refers to the type of goods or products you sell. 
     

  • "Event materials" refers to the promotional materials for non-festival events. "Festival materials" refers to promotional goods for the actual film festival and materials at it, including on the screen and in the program. 
     

  • "Non-festival events" and "community events" include community outreach and fundraising events such as Trivia Nights, Advanced Screenings, and more. 
     

  • NCFF Staff will contact you regarding details of your community event sponsorship and for files (e.g. logo) to share.
     

  • Certain events and offers are only available providing that there is not another pandemic shut-down, as noted on each pricing plan. If such an issue occurs NCFF will work with you to provide services of equal value. 

     

DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT POLICY

When you choose a donation or sponsorship level your name will appear on the site within tree business days. We will contact you at the email address you provide within 3 business days to arrange delivery and fulfillment of other details as necessary.

VIP passes and Pre-festival Mixer tickets will be available to pick up at the venue on the day of the event. 

REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

You can request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of donation or sponsorship by contacting info@nocoasfilmfest.com.

 

Should you cancel your donation or sponsorship gifts such as VIP passes or Pre-festival Mixer tickets will not be available to you at the event. Upon cancellation offers for promotion and inclusion in promotional goods will not be valid.
