"Patterns in Static" is a documentary short chronicling the process of Wichita rap artist "tv-ma" and his debut album of the same name.

We follow "tv-ma" through a week in the life of him wrapping up the post-production process of this lifelong project, and uncover the idea behind his persona.

Throughout the journey, we follow him in various spaces such as his day job, a recording session with local artists, and a meeting with the album's producer, Joe Hagen.

All in all, the intention of this film is to help clarify the one question we've all been asking:

"Who the F@$% is 'tv-ma'?"
